S&R Engineering and Construction 

S&R Engineering and Construction are a Bendigo based civil construction contractor with a specialty and focus on water infrastructure and civil construction projects. S&R was founded in 2015 by Shaun Finnigan and Russell Weekley. Both of whom came with extensive experience at tier 1 and tier 2 contractors.


We offer our clients excellent value for money by providing a high level of technical expertise and professional resources while maintaining a dedicated service and client focus outcomes.

 

Our business is built around the model of qualified and experiences engineers and project managers providing client and stakeholder interface to ensure sufficient professionalism and technical expertise is applied across all our projects.
Many of our key management personnel have come from tier 1 and 2 contractors with experience delivering major projects across the industry. This brings a breadth of experience to the team and gives us the capability to take on projects that have high importance, high value and high complexity.
